- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Live plants cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
- Some items are final sale and non-returnable.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
📌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.
🚨 Cancellations & Modifications: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, orders cannot be changed.
